Hello Robot Sumo enthusiasmasts,
I am respectively notifying you that FSIABC Inc. has formally announced to suspend Robot Sumo Tournament 2003 in San Francisco, Los Angeles, as well as Seattle without any further notice to be rescheduled in this year. The decision has been made based on the understanding of political situations occurring and being raised in USA in terms of Middle East issues. FSIABC Inc. has to be responsible for more than 30 members of Robot Sumo competitors had been scheduled to come to USA in this March, being completely safe and protected from any types of dangers during the tour and it has come to the conclusion that it is not possible at this moment.

FSIABC Inc. is expressing a strong message to come to USA with Japanese robots and competitors fighting with US robots in March 2004 for sure as long as the situations allow. Your cooperative understanding and ongoing support on Robot Sumo in USA would be very appreciated.

See you in next time. Thank you, Tetsuya Chiba
